I am classically trained in Pilates and I have been teaching for 13 years. I am certified to teach Pilates for rehabilitation of muscular and spinal injuries. I therefore, work mainly with clients in this capacity and also in the general capacity for rebalancing muscle groups and overall body sculpting.

I trained with Power Pilates in the USA before becoming fully certified, under Pilates expert Dana Eisenstein, and have worked in the UK at Holmes Place Kensington and David Lloyd Leisure Fulham, in their Pilates equipment studios, as well as working privately for clients in these locations.

Becca Mclachlan is a qualified level 3 personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutritionist, she has been in the health, fitness and weight loss industry for over 30 years and runs her own busy health and fitness studio in the UK.

My speciality is cooking tasty interesting foods the healthy way and follow the low GI eating plan at Crossbow Luxury Retreat using fresh local ingredients.

The food that I will prepare for you is not only delicious, but will help you continue a path of healthier eating after your Retreat.

Hi I am Bobbie Freeman and I am the owner of Crossbow Villa and will be the coordinator for your trip.

My philosophy for a healthy life is BALANCE

``In life our ‘health balance’ can be tipped and this is where I personally think a trip solely for yourself is so essential, not just for your body but mind too.
 I have been lucky to travel to many retreats all over the world and have reaped the rewards that come with just having time for myself. Being alcohol free, eating healthily and working out to a level I didn’t think was possible, whilst making new friends with like minded people, and experiencing a fantastic time left me feeling totally balanced at the end of it.``

We have captured that here at Crossbow with this varied program that incorporates our wonderful Island. Working out has never been so much fun, with beginner levels to intermediate+, this trip is for you (everyone)!

“I attended the retreat and was blown away by the beautiful setting , what better way of exercising than with a tropical breeze to cool you and a stunning view of the turquoise sea. The Instructors were informative and managed to attend to individual needs helping with technique and motivation, and encouraged you to push yourself a little it more in a way that made you believe you could do it! All of the equipment was good quality and there was plenty of different pieces of equipment to use so you never got bored and there was always a new challenge. The food was delicious and dinnertime was fun when we could all discuss and laugh athow we had done that day.”

“Wow! What an amazing experience I have just had at the Crossbow retreat! This top end fitness retreat had plenty of activities to keep me in shape including personalised training, Pilates, and swimming in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. At first I was a bit nervous as I was traveling on my own but I needn't have worried as I was warmly welcomed and taken to a lovely private room with direct access to the gardens, pool and jacuzzi. My goal was to detox and lose a bit of weight and to relax. The team made it easy with a daily regime of exercise and a tasty controlled diet after which I was delighted to discover I had lost 5lbs in weight, I will definitely be back”

“...After a wonderful healthy lunch, we relaxed around the pool and then met Lee Ann the Pilates instructor. Just like Ian, she was friendly, patient and made sure everyone was comfortable with what they were doing. After a shower and change we met for dinner. Prepared by a good chef, it was a delight. I ate fish and many vegetables that I had never tasted before. Enjoyed every mouthful. To sum up, it was a wonderful experience that I would certainly repeat. “This is the perfect place to de-stress, relax and reflect.... whilst taking part in a huge range of activities. What an absolutely beautiful setting and wonderful host. It has all the home comforts and much more. Pure luxury. After a day of full on energy it was lovely to relax around the pool and chat to other guests. The chef is amazing, food delicious and varied.
